I'm Angelica, owner of Sweet Sessions in Orange County where I specialize in sugaring hair removal. I’ve been practicing the beautiful art of sugaring for 10 years, and I opened my own studio five years ago. I know it’s nerve wracking finding a new person for such an intimate service so I wanted to create the perfect space where you feel comfortable and at peace. Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me here at Sweet Sessions, it is reserved especially for you. So I do my best to respect your time & the time of my other clients. All I ask is:
IF YOURE RUNNING LATE
If you know you are going to be a few minutes late, please CALL or TEXT me to give me a heads up.
If you arrive -15 minutes- late or more, your appointment maybe modified or rescheduled.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL:
I understand that sometimes things come up and schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Clients who fail to cancel 24 hours prior will be charged fee of 50% of the service booked. If you do not have a card on file you will be charged the 50% fee at the time of your next session.
IF YOU ARE A NO CALL/NOSHOW:
If you fail to cancel or NO show to your scheduled appointment you will be charged the FULL price of your scheduled service.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and it’s not fair to the clients on the waiting list that miss the opportunity to receive services.
