Your appointments are very important to me at Sweet Sessions. Each time slot is reserved especially for you, and I do my best to respect your time as well as the time of other clients. To ensure things run smoothly, I kindly ask that you review the following policies: ⸻ If You’re Running Late: Life happens—if you’re running a few minutes behind, please call or text me as soon as possible to let me know. • If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled depending on availability and the service booked. ⸻ Cancellations: I understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked service. • If no card is on file, the cancellation fee will be collected at your next appointment • If the card on file is invalid, you will be banned from being able to book again. ⸻ No-Call / No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without contacting me in advance, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. ⸻ Please understand that missed appointments and last-minute cancellations impact not only my business but also clients who may have been waiting for an opening.
